Spicy Chicken Party Blogging Party

If you love good food and are okay with non-veg then you won’t be able to resist these Kababs from India. I am sharing this recipe from a blogger friend Vrishty Mukhi from India who had sent me a few more to share them on my blog.

In this recipe Vristy has first marinated boneless chicken with onion and capsicum in curd, before roasting it to give it a succulent flavor.

I hope you enjoy your weekend with this recipe of Chicken Tikka.

Ingredients

1/4 kg Boneless chicken
125 gms curd or yoghurt
1 tblsp. Ginger Garlic Paste
1 tsp. Red chilli powder
1/2  tsp. Turmeric powder
Thick cuts of onion and capsicum
Salt for taste
Lemon

Method

STEP 1:

Take a bowl add curd,Turmeric powder and red chilli powder 😋👌pinch of salt ginger garlic paste…..and mix it…
STEP 2

Now take the boneless chicken ,the onion and the capsicum mix it with the curd marinate it…..
STEP 3:

When you are ready to grill them into the oven..first heat the oven at 240⁰C for 15 to 20 minutes…next rinse the skewers and put them on alternative chicken onion and capsicum…..
STEP 4:

Grill the kabab for 15 to 20 minutes and flip them grill them another 15 minutes..at last five minutes polish the kabab with butter…after they turn red due to chilli powder……we are done with it now you can serve it with sauce 😋👌😀👍🙌😉…….
